2. Description of Service

The Brick Reserve provides LEGO collection management services including but not limited to:

  • Digital collection tracking and valuation
  • Specialized insurance for LEGO collections
  • Secure warehouse storage services
  • Verified marketplace for buying and selling
  • Shipping supplies and logistics
  • Digital instruction archives
  • Mystery box subscription services

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Collection Storage Services

For users utilizing our warehouse storage services:

  • Items must be properly packaged and documented before storage
  • We maintain climate-controlled environments but are not liable for natural deterioration
  • Access to stored items requires advance notice and scheduling
  • Storage fees are billed monthly and must be kept current
  • Items may be removed from storage for non-payment after 90 days notice

5. Insurance Services

Our insurance services are subject to separate policy terms and conditions. Key points include:

  • Coverage is based on documented collection values
  • Claims must be reported within 48 hours of discovery
  • Proof of ownership and condition may be required
  • Certain exclusions apply as detailed in policy documents
  • Premium payments must be current for coverage to remain active

6. Marketplace Terms

When using our marketplace services:

  • All listings must be accurate and complete
  • Items must be authentic LEGO products
  • Sellers are responsible for item condition descriptions
  • Transaction fees apply to completed sales
  • Disputes are subject to our resolution process
  • We reserve the right to remove listings that violate our policies

7. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by The Brick Reserve and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group. The Brick Reserve is not affiliated with the LEGO Group.

8. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service, to understand our practices.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall The Brick Reserve, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
